KB3's GFX

what a cliche name for a thread in this subforum, I know, but I'll be creative and change it after I have a good brainstorm session ^_^
So, I've started doing lineart again after I broke my tablet (don't ask how), but without a tablet, it's much harder, because now I have to use the Paths tool. A lot >.< Ugh, the price you have to pay for smooth lines, I guess.
What do you think? Keep in mind that this is my first lineart in about, rough estimate, 3 months.
Yes, I know the "frosting" on the cake looks horrible >.< And yea, the watermark was absolutely necessary
Oh, and before I end this post, can I post my graphics here, too? Like, stuff other than lineart/drawings?

and that's pretty much an understatement . . . I suggest starting with something easy, to familiarize yourself with functions that most *cough*good*cough* graphic editing/photo retouching programs have, and then move on to tackle something huge . . . CS3 *dun dun dun*

I'm good with paint and all that. I just don't get how people make stuff like a simple srpite look so shiny and all that.

I guess they use gradients, and set them on Overlay, but you need a program for that
